สรุปงานโดยย่อ:**

ให้บริการและบริหารจัดการความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคลแก่กลุ่มลูกค้ารายย่อยและลูกค้าระดับสูงของธนาคาร เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจและสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้า

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:**

• * บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า เพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการทางการเงินและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่เหมาะสม
• * ให้คำแนะนำและวางแผนการลงทุน รวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินต่างๆ เช่น กองทุนรวม ตราสารหนี้ ประกันชีวิต และผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนอื่นๆ
• * สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเพิ่มการถือครองผลิตภัณฑ์และสร้างความภักดีของลูกค้า
• * วิเคราะห์และติดตามสถานการณ์ตลาด เพื่อให้คำแนะนำการลงทุนที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• * ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และนโยบายของธนาคารและหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลอย่างเคร่งครัด
• * บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจที่กำหนดไว้
• * ประสานงานกับทีมงานภายในธนาคารเพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างครบวงจรและมีประสิทธิภาพ

คุณสมบัติ:**

• * ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน การธนาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• * มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี ในสายงานบริหารความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคล หรือการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินในสถาบันการเงิน
• * มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (Single License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หากมี)
• * มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินและการลงทุนเป็นอย่างดี
• * มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
• * มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
• * มีความกระตือรือร้น มุ่งมั่น และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• * สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและเขียน (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
