## Aufgaben

  • Direktansprache und Active Sourcing geeigneter Kandidaten über digitale Kanäle und Netzwerke
  • Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Auftragsklärung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • Erstellung präziser Anforderungsprofile und suchstarker Stellenanzeigen für Fach- und Führungspositionen
  • Führung strukturierter Kandidatengespräche und Bewertung von Qualifikation, Motivation und Wechselbereitschaft
  • Beratung von Kunden aus dem industriellen Mittelstand zu Suchstrategie, Marktansprache und Auswahlprozess
  • Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Talentpools sowie nachhaltiger Kandidaten- und Kundenbeziehungen
  • Koordination von Interviews, Feedbackschleifen und Angebotsprozessen bis zur Vertragsunterschrift

## Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting , in der Personalberatung, im Vertrieb, Account Management oder in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Auch interessant für Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit Stärke in Kommunikation, Beratung und verbindlichem Auftreten
  • Freude an Active Sourcing , Direktansprache, Kandidatengewinnung und dem Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit klarer Ergebnisorientierung und hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für professionelle Kommunikation mit Kandidaten und Mandanten
  • Passend sind auch Profile als Recruiter (m/w/d) , Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) , Personalreferent Recruiting (m/w/d) , Headhunter (m/w/d) oder Consultant Personalberatung (m/w/d)
