Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Kundenakquise, Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Rekrutierung, Einsatzplanung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Vertriebsaffinität
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
