Job Details:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung von Kundenunternehmen und Akquisition von Neukund\*innen
  • Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen, Prüfung von Qualifikationen und Erstellung von Kandidat\*innenprofilen
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Stellenausschreibung, über die Auswahl von Bewerber\*innen bis zur Einstellung
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Personalakten sowie Rechnungen
  • Analyse und Reporting von Recruitingmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personalfachkaufmann/-frau oder Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Organisationsgeschick, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Der Umgang mit Menschen bereitet Ihnen Freude
