### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Disposition und Koordination unserer Monteure, unserer Personaldienstleister, Fertigungs- und Montagepartner, sowie unserer Baustellenleiter für nationale und internationale Montageeinsätze
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Einsatzplänen in Abstimmung mit Projekt- und Bauleitern
  • Organisation von Unterkünften, Reiselogistik und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen Projektleitung, Kunden und Bauleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalbedarfsplanung und -entwicklung im Montagebereich
  • Pflege und Ausbau des Montage- und Fertigungspartner-Netzwerks
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Anlagen- oder Rohrleitungsbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Fachpersonal oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Englisch-, Tschechisch- oder Polnischkenntnisse von Vorteil
