  • ✅ Telefonische und persönliche Betreuung eines Großkunden
  • ✅ Eigenständige Planung und Koordination der Mitarbeitereinsätze
  • ✅ Betreuung der Mitarbeiter während ihrer Einsätze
  • ✅ Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • ✅ Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement und Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • ✅ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung als Personaldisponent / Personalbetreuer
  • ✅ Quereinsteiger willkommen
  • ✅ Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Personaldisposition oder Recruiting von Vorteil
  • ✅ Führerschein Klasse B
