  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Gestaltung des Recruiting-Prozesses von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung
  • Durchführung personaladministrativer Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecycles
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und Personalinstrumenten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und personalrelevanten Reports
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, in HR-Prozessen und im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
