Ihre Aufgaben

  • Recruiting & Bewerbermanagement: Gestaltung und Begleitung des gesamten Auswahlprozesses
  • Onboarding: Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender vom ersten Arbeitstag bis zum Abschluss der Probezeit
  • Personalbetreuung im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Abrechnung (inkl. Urlaubsvertretung)
  • Mitarbeit im Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM)
  • Gestaltung vielfältiger HR-Themen: Breites Spektrum statt starrer Zuständigkeiten – ideal für Menschen, die Abwechslung und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten schätzen

Das erwarten wir von Ihnen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit personalwirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Freundliches, offenes und professionelles Auftreten
  • Hohe Teamorientierung und Freude daran, in einem abgestimmten, gemeinsamen Arbeitsumfeld mitzuwirken
  • Motivation, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung weiter auszubauen
  • Erste Erfahrungen oder eine Affinität zu abrechnungsnahen Tätigkeiten
