Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir am Standort Korbach einen Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme der Personaladministration, inkl. digitaler Personalakte
  • Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern und Krankenkassen
  • Personalakquise und Unterstützung bei Bewerbungsgesprächen
  • Vorbereitung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen sowie Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen und sonstigen Dokumenten
  • Organisation der Ablage
  • aktive Mitarbeit bei HR Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalsachbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • versierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • engagierte, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • freundliches und sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität
  • Loyalität und hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit
