Pest Control Technician duties:

Inspecting and Treating: You have a proven track record of taking accountability for your projects, going beyond just inspecting and treating, but also educating clients on preventative measures.

Effective Communication and Customer Focus: Demonstrate teamwork and customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with team members and customers. Focus on consistently delivering top-notch service and setting clear expectations every time.

Quality Maintenance: Uphold our standards and integrity by maintaining high service standards on all accounts.

Initiative and Responsibility: You’re not just looking for a job, but a career where you can grow. You take the initiative to seek additional training and responsibility, going beyond your regular duties.

Sales and Service Suggestions: Utilize a team-oriented approach and open communication to suggest and sell services effectively and to meet customer needs.

Training and Meetings: Y ou are keen on both independent learning and collaborative growth through team meetings and training sessions, always looking for ways to improve your skills and those of the team.

Flexible Hours: Show your positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours.

Safe Driving: Operate company vehicles with adherence to safety standards and traffic laws.

We Require Technicians to:

Experience Requirements: You have a history of public-facing roles where you had to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of diverse clients. You are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software

Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; work with insects and rodents; pass a respirator fit test; maintain short, professionally kept beards.

Legal Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards; pass pre-employment tests.
