Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gehst auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner*innen ein und schenkst ihnen Aufmerksamkeit, Wertschätzung und Zuwendung
  • Du unterstützt unser Team im Pflegealltag und trägst dazu bei, dass sich unsere Bewohner*innen rundum wohlfühlen
  • Du bringst deine Ideen ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Hauses aktiv mit

Das erwarten wir von Dir

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent*in (Nostrifikation, falls erforderlich)

Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

Einfühlungsvermögen, Respekt und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen

Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
