  • Für unseren ambulanten Dienst in Wiesbaden suchen wir eine Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d), die Verantwortung übernehmen möchte.
  • Dich erwartet eine strukturierte Umgebung, ein unterstützendes Team und eine Position, in der sich Einsatz auch finanziell wirklich auszahlt.

### Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Steuerung des Pflegedienstes im Alltag
  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und fachliche Anleitung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner für Kund:innen, Angehörige und externe Partner
  • Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Strukturen

### Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (PDL)
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation von Pflegeprozessen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und klare Kommunikation
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
