Sie suchen eine verantwortungsvolle Position in der Seniorenpflege? Wir vermitteln für eine renommierte Seniorenpflegeeinrichtung nahe Lehrensteinsfeld eine motivierte und erfahrene Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d). In dieser Schlüsselposition verantworten Sie die pflegerische Leitung, die Qualitätssicherung und die Mitarbeiterführung eines modernen Pflegeteams mit Fokus auf evidenzbasierte Pflege und Bewohnerwohl.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für pflegerische Leitung und Qualitätssicherung der Einrichtung
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Pflegeteams inklusive Fachberatung und Anleitung
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Pflegekonzepten und Qualitätsstandards
  • Koordination mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und externen Partnern
  • Einhaltung von Dokumentation, Compliance und pflegerischen Richtlinien

Ihr Profil:

  • Weiterbildung als Pflegedienstleitung oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Pflegequalitätsmanagement, Personalführung und Pflegeprozessgestaltung
  • Kompetenz in der Umsetzung von Standards, Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben (SGB XI, Qualitätskriterien)
  • Führungskompetenzen, organisatorisches Geschick und professionelle Kommunikation mit Team und Behörden
