## Ihre Aufgaben:

Es erwartet Sie in unserer Einrichtung ein moderner Arbeitsplatz, an dem Sie als Pflegedienstleitung für das Wohl von 72 Bewohnende sorgen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation, Führung und Weiterentwicklung der professionellen Pflege in Bezug auf Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Zufriedenheit der Bewohnende und Mitarbeitende. Die Mitarbeit und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

## Ihr Profil:

  • examinierter Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachfrau-/mann
  • erfolgreiche Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d), bzw. vergleichbares abgeschlossenes Studium
  • hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Einsatzfreude und Organisationstalent
