Für ein Seniorenheim bei Nuthetal suchen wir einen ausgebildeten Pflegefachassistenten (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Grundpflegerische Versorgung der Bewohner unter Beachtung individueller Bedürfnisse
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Pflegedokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität der Bewohner im Alltag
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Pflegeteam

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Altenpflege von Vorteil
  • Empathisches und wertschätzendes Auftreten gegenüber Bewohnern und Angehörigen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
