## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Kranken-/Gesundheitspflege
  • Berufspädagogische Qualifizierung als Praxisanleitung oder Wunsch, sich als Praxisanleitung weiterzubilden
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung in dem Gebiet der Praxisanleitung wünschenswert
  • Sie haben Freude daran Wissen zu teilen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Haltung

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie pflegen unsere Kunden so, wie Sie selbst einmal gepflegt werden möchten
  • Begleitung, pädagogische Führung der Auszubildenden während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit, inklusive regelmäßiger Feedbackgespräche
  • Kooperation mit sonstigen Trägern der praktischen Ausbildung
  • Regelmäßige Durchführung von internen Schulungen und Organisation von Bildungsveranstaltungen
  • PC-Arbeit gehört für Sie selbstverständlich zu Ihren Aufgaben
