Ihre Aufgaben bei uns
- Sie springen bei Bedarf innerhalb des Hauses, montags-freitags von ca. 06:00-14:15 Uhr und geplant an einem Wochenende pro Monat
- Sie beteiligen sich am Pflegegradmanagement und am Pflegecontrolling
- Durchführung einer individuellen und aktivierenden Pflege unserer Bewohner\*innen
- Sie gestalten Ihren Wohnbereich aktiv mit
- Sie verstehen Dokumentation als Teil Ihres Berufsverständnisses
Ihr Profil
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
- ausgeprägte Sozial- und Fachkompetenzen
- sicherer Umgang in IT-gestützter Dokumentation
- Sie sind ein Pflegeprofi
