Das erwartet Dich als Pflegefachkraft

Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei Patienten in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld – individuell und professionell angepasst an die Bedürfnisse der Patienten
Durchführung von Wundmanagement und -versorgung nach ärztlichen Vorgaben
Erstellung und Anpassung von Pflegeplänen
Vorbereitung, Kontrolle und Verabreichung von Medikamenten gemäß ärztlicher Verordnung
Beratung von Patienten und Angehörigen in pflegerischen und gesundheitlichen Fragen sowie Unterstützung im Umgang mit chronischen Erkrankungen

Das bringst Du als Pflegefachkraft mit

Ausgebildete Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
Fundierte Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege sowie Kenntnisse der aktuellen pflegerischen Standards
Einfühlungsvermögen und Respekt im Umgang mit Patienten und deren Angehörigen
