Über uns:

Wir vom DRK Kreisverband Suhl e.V. suchen für unserem Seniorenpark Thüringer Waldblick in Zella-Mehlis eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger oder Krankenschwester/-pfleger (m/w/d)
  • Leidenschaft und das Vermögen, täglich einen positiven Unterschied im Leben älterer Menschen zu machen
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Wir bieten:

  • Willkommensprämie von 2.500 Euro brutto mit dem dritten Gehalt nach drei Monaten

  • 90 % des Gehalts als Jahressonderzahlung

  • Weitere Gehaltssprünge ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 durch den DRK-Reformtarifvertrag
  • Schichtzulage von bis zu 115 Euro brutto monatlich bei Vollzeit sowie zusätzliche Zuschläge für Sonn- und Feiertage
