Sie möchten in der ambulanten Pflege arbeiten, nah am Menschen und mit viel Eigenverantwortung? Für unser betreutes Wohnen in Hamburg Farmsen suchen wir engagierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d), die Klienten zu Hause professionell versorgen und dabei mit Herz und Struktur arbeiten.

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Pflege und Begleitung von Klienten im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach individuellem Bedarf durchführen
  • Pflegefachliche Verantwortung während Ihres Einsatzes übernehmen (inkl. Einschätzung und Rückmeldung ans Team)
  • Pflegerische Maßnahmen zeitnah und sorgfältig dokumentieren

Wir wünschen uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Pflegefachfrau/-mann, Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege) (w/m/d)
  • Führerschein Klasse B für die Touren im Versorgungsgebiet
  • Zusatzqualifikationen (z. B. Praxisanleitung, Wundmanagement, Kinästhetik) sind willkommen
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
