Bei der Wochenarbeitszeit richten wir uns ganz nach Ihren Wünschen, egal ob Sie in Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder stundenweise auf MiniJob-Basis arbeiten möchten.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege im Außendienst im häuslichen Umfeld der Patienten
  • Kommunikation mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und Kooperationspartnern
  • Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und korrekte Dokumentation der allgemeinen und speziellen Pflege in unterschiedlichenFachgebieten (bei Profil mit Fachkraftausbildung)

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im medizinischen Pflegebereich
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse A1-A2
  • Führerschein Klasse B, sicherer Umgang mit dem PKW
  • Ständige Lernbereitschaft
  • Gerne Berufsanfänger, Wiedereinsteiger oder junge Eltern nach der Elternzeit
  • Interesse an beruflicher Weiterentwicklung durch interne und externe Fortbildungen
  • Offenheit, Vertrauen, Zuverlässigkeit und Leidenschaft
  • Wir bieten
