Job Description:

$4,000 Sign on Bonus!!!

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Occasional weekends and 3 overnight stays per month (All expenses paid, and Hotel room provided)

Base pay: $16.45 - $17.15 / Hour

Other compensation: 5% mobile premium. Plus $4,000 Sign on Bonus

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Training Information:

• •10-week Paid Mandatory Training program. Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm - 100% attendance required.
• •Including 8 weeks in Fargo, ND (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company).

As a Phlebotomist, you'll get to

• •High School Diploma or GED - Required
• •Active driver's license with a clean driving record - Required
• •Ability to travel as required
• •Able to lift 40 pounds - Required
