LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as a Phlebotomist in Pensacola, FL .

In this role, you will help provide lifesaving blood products to local hospitals while creating a positive and supportive experience for donors throughout the donation process.

What You’ll Do

• •Perform blood collections and donor care procedures
• •Ensure donor eligibility and maintain safety standards
• •Provide excellent customer service throughout the donation process
• •Accurately document donor information
• •Support donor recruitment and scheduling efforts
• •Assist with mobile blood drive operations as needed
• •Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to serving the community

What We’re Looking For

• •High school diploma or GED
• •Strong communication and customer service skills
• •Ability to work flexible schedules
• •Basic computer proficiency
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• •Previous customer service experience preferred
• •CDL holders encouraged to apply
