Job Title: Physical Therapist

Employment Type: Per Diem

• Shift: Day shift - At least two weekends shift a month, and two holidays per year.
• Location: Nazareth Hospital - Philadelphia, PA

Position Purpose

The Physical Therapist performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of primarily outpatient therapy (inpatient therapy care as needed). Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral and under the supervision of the Senior Therapist/Team Lead Therapist.

Adheres to all hospital and department policies including but not limited to: infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling. Assists in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides and volunteers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree or Doctorate preferred.
• •Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of PA.
• •BLS certification required.
• •Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills.
• •Previous hospital experience preferred
