Am Standort Göppingen Karlshof unterstützt die Wilhelmshilfe ältere Menschen nach einem Krankenhausaufenthalt dabei, ihre Selbstständigkeit zurückzugewinnen. Sie gestalten den therapeutischen Prozess eigenverantwortlich, arbeiten ohne starre Behandlungsschemata und können sich auf das konzentrieren, was zählt: die bestmögliche Rehabilitation jedes Gastes.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bewegungsförderung & Rehabilitation: Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung individueller Einzel- und Gruppenangebote

Förderung und Erhalt von Mobilität, Selbständigkeit und Lebensqualität - Sie machen den Unterschied!

  • Interdisziplinärer Austausch:
  • Koordination mit externen Therapeut*innen sowie Beratung und Anleitung von Gästen, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden

Weiterentwicklung und Mitgestaltung des rehabilitativen Konzepts - Ihre Meinung zählt!
