### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Therapien
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Gruppen- und Einzelangeboten
  • Interdisziplinärer Austausch mit unseren anderen Leistungsbereichen und Standorten
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Fallbesprechungen
  • Ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation der Therapien
  • Unterstützung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Sonderevents
  • Erstellung von Therapieplänen
  • Hausbesuche

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d), Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Freude am Beruf
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Führerschein Klasse B
