Das Restaurant La Terazza in Prittriching sucht einen erfahrenen Pizzabäcker (m/w/D) in Vollzeit.

Unsere Öffnungszeiten sind: 17.00-22.00, Sa/So 11.30-14.00 Uhr, Montag ist unser Ruhetag

Als Pizzabäcker sind Sie für die Zubereitung von Pizza und anderen italienischen Spezialitäten verantwortlich.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

  • Zubereitung von Pizza und anderen italienischen Gerichten nach Rezept
  • Verwaltung von Zutaten und Vorräten
  • Wartung und Reinigung der Küchenausstattung und -geräte
  • Teamarbeit mit anderen Küchenmitarbeitern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung als Pizzabäcker oder in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Kenntnisse in der italienischen Küche und Pizza-Zubereitung
  • Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Termine einzuhalten
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
