Als Planer / Disponent / Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d) entwickeln Sie zusammen mit unserem Team Prozesse und Strukturen, die nachhaltig wirken – vom Auftragseingang bis zur Fertigung.

Die Firma Rexroth - ein blechverarbeitendes Unternehmen. Wir sind Zulieferer für die Bereiche Medizintechnik, Energietechnik, Anlagentechnik, Veranstaltungstechnik, Umwelttechnik und Kommunikationstechnik. Unser Leistungsspektrum umfasst unter anderem das Stanzen, Lasern, Zuschnitt, Biegen, spanende Formgebung und Schweißen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten, Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Disposition von Materialien, Baugruppen und Lohnfertigungen
  • Terminplanung und Kapazitätsabstimmung mit Produktion und Einkauf
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit an ERP-System-Einführung oder -Anpassung (optional)

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in AV / Planung / Disposition
  • Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse (Metall, Blech, Profil, ggf. Montage)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Aufbau neuer Strukturen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. abas, SAP, ProAlpha o. ä.) von Vorteil
