Role : Product Manager - Scanners

Responsibilities:

• •Own and drive product roadmap for Qualys scanners by collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders.
• •Partner with customers, sales, and support team to answer technical client questions.
• •Partner with sales to help explain and demonstrate the use cases of the software to customers.
• •Gather insights into industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• •Provide data-driven recommendations for new features or enhancements.
• •Identify success metrics for new product features or updates.
• •Measure feature adoption, customer retention, and conversion rates
• •Work closely with other Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to align insights into product goals.
• •Build best practices guide and technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• •Open to work in flexible hours to support internal teams and customers in different geographies.

Technical Skills:

• •Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
• •Cybersecurity Knowledge: Good understanding and interest in Cybersecurity domains such as Compliance Audits, Vulnerability Management, and Attack Surface Management.
• •Certifications & Experience: Prior product management experience (5+ years) and/or relevant cybersecurity certifications are mandatory.
• •Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with diverse technologies, including Operating Systems, Web Servers, Network Devices, Databases, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• •Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation.
• •Software Engineering & Project Management: Familiarity with Software Engineering Concepts and Agile/Project Management methodologies.
