Platform/Implementation Engineer

• This role is responsible for the hands-on technical deployment, configuration, integration, and validation of enterprise software within customer environments.
• You will work across infrastructure, identity, databases, networking, security, and application services to bring implementations from discovery through production readiness.
• The position combines deep technical troubleshooting with direct customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• You will help ensure data is accurately ingested, normalized, validated, and ready for customer acceptance.
• Success requires strong systems administration expertise, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language.
• You will also contribute to implementation documentation, customer training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
• The role is remote for candidates based in U.S. Eastern or Central time zones, with a strong emphasis on customer partnership and technical ownership.
