We are looking for an experienced PLM Windchill Consultant with 5 to 9 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting PTC Windchill PLM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management processes, engineering change management, CAD integrations, workflows, data migration, and Windchill administration.

Responsibilities

Configure, develop, customize, and maintain PTC Windchill PLM solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate them into PLM solutions.

Design and implement Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and change management processes.

Manage product structures, BOMs, document management, and part management.

Develop custom solutions using Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, Info*Engine, and Web Services.

Integrate Windchill with Creo, ERP, SAP, and other enterprise systems.

Perform data migration, system upgrades, and deployment activities.

Configure access controls, roles, organizations, and security policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and functional issues.

Support global engineering and manufacturing teams with PLM best practices.

Create technical documentation and provide user training.

Technical requirements

5+ years of experience in Windchill PLM.

Strong experience with Windchill PDMLink.

Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM).

Experience with Change Notices, Change Requests, Change Tasks, and Workflows.

Hands-on experience in Windchill customization and configuration.

Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, and Windchill APIs.

Experience with Info*Engine and Windchill Business Rules.

Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Experience integrating Windchill with CAD applications, preferably Creo.

Understanding of engineering and manufacturing lifecycle processes.

Additional responsibilities

Experience in Windchill upgrades and migration projects.

Exposure to ThingWorx, Creo View, and MPMLink.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Windchill System Administration experience.

PTC Windchill certification is an added advantage.
