As we grow our team, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Plumbing Service Technician to join us in the Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Bonita Springs area.

Responsibilities

• •Service, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• •Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify plumbing issues
• •Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain repairs and solutions to customers
• •Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, costs, and any issues that arise
• •Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• •Maintain and organize tools and equipment

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •Minimum 2 years of experience as a plumbing technician
• •Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repair techniques
• •Ability to use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Clean and safe driving record and valid driver's license
• •Honesty, integrity, and strong attention to detail
• •Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• •Good personal hygiene

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• •Considerable physical activity, including walking, standing for lengthy periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces, and reaching/grasping
• •Roughly equal time spent indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot or cold temperatures for one or more hours at a time
