About Us:

Our company is looking for a Bistro Server to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our internal and external guests. The Bistro is a small, fast-casual restaurant, and we are looking for an Attendant to help with the food and beverage preparation on the PM shift. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player who wants to play a role in bringing customers to the Courtyard by Marriott

Job Description:

• •Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system;
• •Prepare food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and customer specifications
• •Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
• •Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials;
• •Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner;
• •Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times;
• •Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations;
• •Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• •Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• •Clean and maintain service areas and kitchen equipment.

• •Must be caring, compassionate and enjoys working with people;
• •Must have a positive outlook and good problem-solving skills;
• •Must maintain excellent attendance;
• •Must be a team player;
• •Maintains neat, professional appearance;
• •Must have reliable transportation.
• •Excellent communication and people skills
• •Must be able to multitask well.

Bonus Points:

• •Food Handlers Certificate.
• •Prior Bistro experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• •Cash register experience or similar role is preferred.
• •Marriott training.
• •Open to cross train on AM Shift is available.

Compensation:

· 14.00/hr. plus Tips – Full-time (5 days/week) with no schedule limitations.

Work Schedule:

· Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when business demands.

· Work requires standing for extended periods

· Flexibility is a must – hospitality never sleeps!

. All requests are considered but during peak season we require all hands-on deck.
