Aufgaben

Deine Mission bei uns

Diese Rolle ist intensiv, schnell und absolut "hands-on". Du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern zusammen und bist die treibende Kraft hinter unserer Skalierung:

Strategie & Umsetzung: Du entwickelst Wachstumsstrategien und bringst sie eigenständig auf die Straße.

Post-Merger-Integration (PMI): Du begleitest Integrationsprozesse und stellst sicher, dass neue Einheiten nahtlos Teil des KLEEGO-Ökosystems werden.

Prozessdesign: Du baust Strukturen und Prozesse dort auf, wo sie noch fehlen, um unser Business skalierbar zu machen.

Sonderprojekte: Du agierst als "Taskforce" für geschäftskritische Themen direkt an der Seite der Geschäftsführung.

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

Mindset: Du bist ein Macher. "Hands-on" ist für dich kein Buzzword, sondern deine Arbeitsweise.

Erfahrung: Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup-Operations oder M&A gesammelt.

Skills: Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch in stressigen Phasen den Überblick.

Technikaffinität: Du hast eine Leidenschaft für KI-Lösungen und effiziente Workflows.

Sprachen: Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
