  • Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung zum:r geprüften Polier:in (m/w/d) mit Meisterbrief oder zum:r Werkpolier:in (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Straßen- und/oder Tiefbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Thema Arbeitsschutz/Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Führungskompetenz und Teamgeist

### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Planung, Steuerung und Organisation des Bauablaufs
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation zusätzlicher bzw. abweichender Leistungen
  • Einsatzplanung für eigenes und externes Personal
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitszeiten und Entlohnung
  • Vermessungs- und Absteckarbeiten auf der Baustelle
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung im Kontakt mit Bauherrn und Behörden
  • Teilnahme an Abstimmungen mit Bauleitung und Subunternehmen
  • Führung des Bautagebuchs
  • Materialbedarf planen, Beschaffung und Lieferung koordinieren
  • Kontrolle der Unterlagen von Subunternehmen
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
