Der Polier ist verantwortlich für die eigenständige Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe im Hochbau. Er stellt die fachgerechte, termin- und qualitätsgerechte Ausführung der Bauleistungen sicher.
## Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung der Baustelle in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe
- Einteilung und Führung des Baustellenpersonals
- Koordination von Nachunternehmern
- Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Umsetzung der Ausführungspläne und technischen Vorgaben
- Materialdisposition in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
- Führung des Bautagebuchs und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
- Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
- Mitwirkung bei Aufmaß und Abrechnung
## Fachliche Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe (z. B. Maurer, Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer) wünschenswert
- Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier oder Meister von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauabläufen, Arbeitssicherheit und Baustellenorganisation
