Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team:

  • Leitung der Baudurchführung auf der Baustelle sowie Steuerung des Bauablaufs
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung
  • Fachliche und disziplinare Führung des Baustellenpersonals sowie Koordination der Nachunternehmer
  • Laufende Qualitätsüberwachung und Dokumentation
  • Erstellen von Aufmaßen, Materialbestellungen sowie Vorbereitung der Rechnungslegung
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Polier, Handwerksmeister, Werkpolier oder alternativ als Bautechniker
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Polier im Tiefbau
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, selbstständiger und verantwortungsbewusster Arbeitsstil
  • Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeist
  • Montagebereitschaft
  • Pkw-Führerschein
