We're looking for a motivated Pool & Spa Valet Technician Trainee to join our team. No previous pool industry experience is required as we will provide the training and support you need to build a successful career with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Servicing and maintaining residential pools and spas

Testing and balancing water chemistry

Cleaning pools, spas, and associated equipment

Learning how to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

Providing friendly and professional customer service

Maintaining accurate service records

Working safely with equipment and chemicals

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication and customer service skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Practical and hands-on approach to work

Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment

A valid NZ Driver's License

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in customer service, trades, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor work

An interest in plumbing, electrical systems, water treatment, or technical problem-solving
