Porters work as a part of a team to reserve a clean and tidy environment throughout our facilities. These critical roles help to support our prideful work environment and the delivery of high quality product to our customers. As a Porter, you will clean and maintain the administrative offices, warehouse and other assigned areas in order to satisfy company and governmental guidelines. You will clean and sanitize designated areas of a warehouse as well as tend to product spill clean-up. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority.

• •Earn $17.00 per hour
• •Shift - 1st shift
• •Weekly pay
• •Location - Bethlehem, Pa

You will contribute by:

• •Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor
• •Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse, including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
• •Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors
• •Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
• •Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
• •Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
• •Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
• •Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• •Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• •Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• •Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• •Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• •Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• •Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• •Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
