Das Stellenprofil:

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie Identifikation von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung, Einführung und Optimierung digitaler Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft 365, insbesondere Power Automate und Power Apps/Power Platform zur Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Dashboards, Reports und datenbasierten Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Aufnahme, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Prozess- und Projektdaten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen
  • Mitarbeit bei Tests, Schulungen und der Anwenderbetreuung neuer digitaler Anwendungen

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Student/in der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Digital Business Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie 5-6 Monate Zeit mit
  • Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und neue Technologien
  • Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie eine hohe Affinität zu IT-Systemen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit digitalen Tools, Datenanalysen oder Projektarbeit sind von Vorteil
