Bei internationalen Projekten rund um Recruiting- und Onboarding-Prozesse arbeitest du aktiv mit und bekommst Einblicke in strategische Themen, die weltweit ausgerollt werden

Gemeinsam mit dem Talent Acquisition Strategy Team optimierst du unsere Onboarding-Produkte und unterstützt globale Onboarding-Formate

Für unseren internationalen Talent Acquisition SharePoint bereitest du Informationen verständlich auf, hältst Inhalte aktuell und machst Wissen für Recruiting-Teams weltweit leichter zugänglich

Mit Tools wie simpleshow entwickelst du kreative Video- und Contentformate, die Recruiting- sowie Onboarding-Themen modern und verständlich vermitteln

Präsentationen gestaltest du so, dass komplexe Inhalte klar strukturiert, visuell ansprechend und auch für internationale Stakeholder leicht verständlich sind

Das überzeugt uns

Dein Studium passt zu Themen wie International Management, Wirtschaftspsychologie, HR, Kommunikation, Marketing oder Medien

Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch helfen dir dabei, sicher mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammenzuarbeiten

Mit PowerPoint bereitest du Inhalte klar, verständlich und visuell ansprechend auf; erste Berührungspunkte mit simpleshow sind von Vorteil

Wenn mehrere Projekte parallel laufen, strukturierst du deine Aufgaben so, dass du den Überblick behältst und zuverlässig vorankommst

Neue Tools und digitale Themen probierst du gerne aus und möchtest Recruiting- und Onboarding-Produkte aktiv mitgestalten
