• •Assist with erection activities on assigned projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety requirements are met.
• •Support the development of erection plans in collaboration with Engineering, Project Management, and subcontractors.
• •Attend pre-erection meetings, construction, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• •Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers regarding schedules, logistics, and sequence of construction.
• •Build positive relationships with general contractors, customers, and other trades through transparency and initiative—even when addressing challenges.
• •Foster teamwork and cooperation among customers and subcontractors to resolve jobsite issues quickly and fairly, keeping Tindall’s best interests in mind.
• •Communicate project status and completion milestones to customers and Engineering.
• •Track and manage punch list and repair items using AutoDesk.
• •Enforce and promote all jobsite safety policies; perform weekly audits of subcontractor safety practices and work quality.
• •Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily reports; ensure reports are submitted daily by erection personnel.
• •Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• •Interface with the shipping dispatcher to align shipping schedules with field erection timelines.
• •Maintain and distribute updated site-specific plans (Fall Protection Plans, Erection Plans, Safety Plans) and assist in creating these plans.Act as the communication hub between field crews and internal departments (QC, Engineering, Production).
• •Maintain an organized database of active projects, site contacts, and documentation milestones.
• •Prepare and track daily field reports, project updates, and documentation from the job sites.
• •Perform additional duties as assigned.
