The Role

You'll help organisations across Southeast Asia solve real business problems with AI, low-code and automation. You'll own the technical strategy for your opportunities and work with Sales as a partner, not just in support. You'll lead each opportunity from first discovery through demos, proofs of concept (PoCs) and proposals, then hand it over cleanly to delivery.

Our portfolio currently includes SugarAI, monday.com , Mendix and Workato, and it will keep growing as the market moves. Most presales roles are tied to one vendor. Here you'll work across several leading platforms, find the right mix for each customer's problem, and help shape what our practice offers next. This role suits someone who enjoys picking up new technology quickly and staying ahead of where AI and automation are heading.

You'll work with mid-market to enterprise customers in the region, typically across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.

What You'll Do

Discovery & Solution Design

• •Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand customers' business goals, processes, pain points and integration needs.
• •Design end-to-end solutions across four areas:
• •AI-powered customer engagement
• •Work management
• •Low-code application development
• •Integration and automation

• •Design solutions using generative and agentic AI, such as AI assistants, intelligent workflows and automated customer engagement.
• •Look for ways to combine platforms into connected business solutions rather than selling products on their own.

Demos, PoCs & Proposals

• •Deliver compelling demos, PoCs and executive presentations that prove business value.
• •Own the technical and commercial content of proposals, RFPs and tenders, including architecture, scope, effort estimates, assumptions, risks and dependencies.

Delivery Alignment

• •Check feasibility and effort with architects, developers and delivery teams.
• •Hand won opportunities to delivery with clear scope, commitments and PoC outcomes.

Portfolio, Partners & Go-to-Market

• •Build reusable presales assets such as demo environments, reference architectures, use cases and proposal content.
• •Track emerging AI, low-code and automation technologies, and assess new platforms and partners that could strengthen our portfolio.
• •Work with vendors, Sales and Marketing on joint solutions, campaigns, events and enablement across the region.

What You'll Bring

Must-have

• •5+ years in presales, solution consulting, solution architecture or a similar customer-facing role in enterprise software or SaaS.
• •Hands-on experience with at least one platform in AI, CRM, work management, low-code or integration and automation. Examples include SugarCRM, Salesforce, monday.com , Mendix, OutSystems, Power Platform, Workato and MuleSoft.
• •Practical technical understanding: for example, you can explain how a CRM, an ERP and a customer portal exchange data, and sketch the integration on a whiteboard.
• •Confidence running live demos and workshops in excellent English, for business, IT and executive audiences.
• •Commercial awareness, including scope, effort estimation, pricing inputs and risk.

Nice-to-have

• •A developer or technical implementation background (e.g. APIs, JavaScript, databases, low-code development).
• •Certifications in AI, low-code, integration or cloud platforms.
• •Language skills relevant to our regional markets [e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai] .
• •A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
