Description

We are growing and looking for a Brake Press Operator for our University Park, IL, location.

This position will set up and operate machines listed in this Press Brake / Roll category. Must have the ability to maintain production rates and read manufacturing prints.

Requirements

Summary of Responsibilities:

• •Perform all activities in a 100% safe manner and adhere to all Tricon EHS guidelines.
• •Interpret manufacturing prints.
• •Understand basic math and use of measuring devices.
• •Be able to use cranes, rigging, and other associated equipment.
• •Understand metal press forming concepts.
• •Determine bends or rolls & verify dimensions from drawings/prints.
• •Conduct appropriate quality checks of material and equipment.
• •Able to perform preventative maintenance on the press machine.
• •Determine correct machine settings and tolerances.
• •Overtime may be expected.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• •High School diploma or GED
• •2+ years’ experience in a similar job
• •Ability to handle physical workload

Open Shifts:

1st Shift – 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
