Principal, AI Transformation Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal, AI Transformation Lead based in the United States.

• This is a senior, client-facing role at the intersection of AI transformation, consulting, sales, and change management.
• You will help executive leaders determine where AI can create meaningful business value and turn those opportunities into measurable results.
• The role combines business development with hands-on delivery, meaning you will both win transformation engagements and lead them through execution.
• You will build your own pipeline while leveraging established enterprise relationships and collaborating closely with sales teams.
• Through executive briefings, workshops, prototypes, and change programs, you will help organizations integrate AI into how their people work.
• You will also guide technical partners on larger implementations while remaining fluent enough in AI tools to prototype solutions and assess technical approaches.
