Help shape the future of Acadian's Performance & Attribution technology capabilities by aligning technology with evolving business needs.

Partner with software engineers, architects, and technology vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions.

Continuously explore emerging technologies and better ways of working. We value curiosity, thoughtful experimentation, and continuous learning in pursuit of better business outcomes.

Demonstrated success building trusted partnerships with business stakeholders and delivering technology solutions that solve complex business problems.

Experience leading business analysis throughout the software delivery lifecycle within an Agile environment.

Outstanding analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with investment management platforms and enterprise data technologies, including BISAM B-One, FactSet Performance, Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau .

Strong ownership mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn, experiment, and improve the way work gets done.
