Principal Cloud & Enterprise Architecture Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Cloud & Enterprise Architecture Lead based in Australia.

• This is a senior architecture leadership role focused on designing secure, scalable, and cloud-first technology environments across complex enterprise landscapes.
• You’ll shape enterprise, solution, and cloud architectures while defining future-state technology roadmaps and reusable design standards.
• The role spans Azure and AWS, cloud modernization, enterprise integration, identity and security, DevSecOps, data services, and architecture governance.
• You’ll act as a trusted technical adviser to executives, delivery teams, security stakeholders, and business leaders, translating strategic priorities into practical technology decisions.
• A strong focus on secure-by-design principles means you’ll help ensure platforms meet demanding security, compliance, resilience, and operational requirements.
• You’ll also influence multidisciplinary engineering teams through architecture reviews, mentoring, design workshops, and technical guidance.
