Manage expense reporting, purchase requests and administrative processes using Workday, Microsoft Office, Outlook and related systems.

Independently scope, prioritize, and drive vague or open-ended requests through completion with minimal direction.

Support business operations, special projects, executive staff meetings, presentations and strategic initiatives.

Establish scalable mechanisms, streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Partner closely with executives to optimize effectiveness, improve communication flow, and maintain alignment across key stakeholders.
