  • This is a senior product leadership role focused on optimizing and growing simple, accessible trading experiences for retail customers across Europe.
  • You will act as a product expert for European markets, identifying local customer needs, behavioral differences, and opportunities for growth.
  • The role spans the full customer journey, from onboarding and funding through first purchase, repeat investment, portfolio management, and retention.
  • You will simplify complex financial and crypto concepts into intuitive experiences designed for mainstream and first-time users.
  • Working closely with design, engineering, data, compliance, operations, marketing, and local teams, you will turn insights into measurable product improvements.
  • You will also shape market-specific strategies around payments, recurring investment, savings, engagement, and lifecycle growth.
  • The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence product direction across multiple European markets without direct people-management responsibilities.
