Principal/Senior/Technician, Global Engineering Labs

• Responsibilities:
• - Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
• - Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
• •Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• - Rebuilds engineering equipment as required
• - May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.

• - Ensure record keeping and documentation in equipment tracking system.
• - Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on equipment.
• - Respond to customer requests and Prioritize customer requests accordingly.
• - Follow safety procedures and area work rules including proper PPE, lockout and chemical safety.
• - Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers and company safety guidelines.

• - Support internal and external audits
• - Product tracking and inventory controls.

• - Work closely and liaise with machine vendors for equipment setup, modification /upgrade and repair.
• - Foster closer collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
• - Focus on customer needs and provide timely solutions.

Requirements:

• •Minimum Polytechnic Engineering Diploma or equivalent.
• •Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience
• •Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred
• •Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies is preferred
• •High level of cooperation with good communication skills.
• •Highly driven individual, proactive and ability to multi-task and
